Multisec Training offers numerous security guard courses throughout the year

We keep our security guard courses to small, manageable numbers of 12 students or less.

This ensures our highly professional trainers, who have extensive histories in Australian Law Enforcement and Security Industries, provide you with the best security guard courses possible. All trainers delivering our security guard courses have been handpicked for their professionalism and dedication to delivering high-quality security guard training.

We encourage you to either email or call us to discuss how we have structured our security guard courses. You will find that all our security guard courses commence with an information session, followed by completing a pre-security guard training assessment. This assessment has been mandated by the NSW Police Force and is required by all persons who wish to undertake security guard courses in NSW. This assessment is not designed to stop you from entering any of our security guard courses. It merely assesses how much assistance you will need during the course or needs to undertake further development before commencing the course.

If you contact us, we will step you through our highly interactive and stimulating online learning environment that most students find enjoyable and highly informative. The online learning must be completed by all people who undertake any or our security guard courses and any approved NSW organisations’ security guard courses. This online learning intends to arm you with the knowledge required to complete any of our security guard courses.

Once you have completed the online training, you will be eligible to commence our security guard courses’ face-to-face component. The face-to-face component of our security guard courses is scheduled over two weeks and 10 days. Most of our security guard courses run from Monday to Friday, with the weekends off.

We encourage you to call or email us to discuss what happens when you complete one of our security guard courses. You will be excited to know that you can apply for an NSW Security Licence once you have completed one of our security guard courses. With the NSW Security Licence, you are entitled to perform security guard work in NSW. After completing one of our security guard courses and receiving your NSW Security Licence, the types of work you could do include static guarding at shopping centres or work sites, crowd control at venues of hotels, or concierge work at office buildings. Of course, you could perform many other types of work as a security guard after completing one of our security guard courses.
