An Australian family-owned and operated business with four decades of security industry and law enforcement experience, Multisec Training is a fully licensed and insured registered training organisation (RTO# 45548 M/L 000104107). Our training rooms are in Auburn, Sydney, NSW and Oxley, Brisbane, QLD

Specialising in premium security training courses including security guard training and security risk analysis, we have helped 1000s of students prepare for an exciting career in the Australian security industry. We also offer a nationally recognised first aid course and CPR course.

We take a personal approach to your progress. Once you are accepted into a Multisec Training course, you become part of our community. We have trainers available to assist you 7 days a week, including after hours, to develop your skills and build your career as a security guard or elsewhere in the industry.

We understand that for many people the learning and assessment process can be stressful. That’s why we support you with one-on-one training to help you do your best. If you need more intensive security training in Brisbane or Sydney, we will happily refer you to a professional tutor.

We even guarantee every student who obtains a security licence a job either at our own Multisec Security business or via our partnerships with leading NSW security firms. We can work with you to develop a CV, submit a professional job application and prepare for your interview.

Myles Eusubio

Senior Trainer and Subject Matter Expert
Myles has over 30 years of instructional experience in project management, leadership, and security training design. Known for his highly engaging and methodical teaching approach, Myles specialises in translating complex operational safety and security procedures into accessible, hands-on learning experiences. His ability to connect training outcomes to real-world operational performance has made him a respected senior trainer, particularly in de-escalation and high-risk communication contexts.

Ricky Rhodes

Senior Trainer
Ricky Rhodes is a former Australian Army Infantry Sergeant with over 10 years of operational and leadership experience, including multiple deployments to high-risk environments. With a strong background in infantry tactics, team leadership, and decision-making under pressure, Ricky brings real operational credibility to security training. He specialises in translating military-grade procedures into practical, scenario-based training that prepares students for the realities of security work. His expertise includes risk assessment, operational safety, crowd management, incident response, and high-pressure team leadership — skills he now delivers through engaging, hands-on training at Multisec. Known for his direct, no-nonsense style and his ability to build confidence and capability in every trainee, Ricky is passionate about developing job-ready security professionals who can think clearly and act decisively in dynamic and challenging situations.

Deanne Byrne

Sydney Admin
Deanne is an experienced trade teacher, teaching trade students both in Registered Training Organisations and also as an employer of trade apprentices. She brings to Multisec Training a passion for learning and with her strong leadership capabilities and passion for education and training, ensures that Multisec Training remains totally student-focused.
