Licensing in Queensland – what happens after you finish
To work as an unarmed security officer or crowd controller in Queensland you typically need a Queensland security provider class 1 licence (with the relevant function). Queensland Government licensing requirements include:
- Be 18+
- Provide proof of identity
- Fingerprints (paid)
- Criminal history check (paid)
- Completion of the required training course

Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements for CPP20218. However, in practice, you should be able to:
